They tell me I have an account- that I never set up mind- from 5 years ago. Address that doesn't exist, phone number I've never heard of. But the rep tells me there is nothing they can do besides reset the password. Uses a really sketchy lawfirm too that somehow has all the correct and current info. Ive always paid my bills on time, even if i meant I couldn't afford more than rice and peanut butter to eat. I'd never have left something like this if I knew about it
