one of the worst experiences of my life. Still waiting over a month later for them to finish fixing the problem, in the dead of the winter and freezing conditions. Engineers sent out sporadically and not conveying any little information of what is going on/ how to turn on the few working radiators. The experience has been so awful one of the tenants in this house had to be medicated due to the intense anxiety the company cause in their poor handling of a basic issue
