I recently had my first virtual knitting consultation ever with Anna who was super helpful. I was looking for yarn for a jumper for my very small grandson and when I booked the appointment, I was pretty vague about it. Anna had a range of options for me to consider and talked me through their different properties, especially washability, then helped me with colours. I was pleased to get the same attention to detail as I got when I visited the shop last year. Thank you to everyone at A Yarn Story for being troopers and keeping us in essential knitting stock :) I highly recommend this store (hence the 5* rating).
