Went there in July 2016 to have a crown glued back...

Went there in July 2016 to have a crown glued back in and my teeth cleaned. Was new to the area, and had Medicaid, the only reason I went here. Dentist who examined me told me you have a cavity and we would fill it in a perfect world. Then she glued the crown back in that I brought with me and told me bite down on a piece a gauge. This crown was from my dentist in Georgia. She never came back, or explained what she meant about the cavity, since she had her fingers in my mouth, I could not ask her. I went out and ask someone if I was finished and they me to set up appointment for six months. Crown was not seated properly and my
bite was off. Consequently crown came back out. Went to another
dentist to get it fixed and will never go back there. Today, I received a bill from them for three crowns, that I never got, for $3,600. Unbelievable.
