I had an incredible experience with Shavitz and with Eric and Linda specifically. We are a small non-profit church and our heat went out unexpectedly. Linda was amazing in getting us to the top of the list and serviced as soon as possible without charging us extra. Her customer service skills are superb and I am incredible grateful to her!

Eric is an amazing technician, very patient in explaining the service and maintenance to me....even going so far as giving me part #'s so I could shop around and get the air filters and ignitors we needed, saving us lots of money. I so appreciated his expertise, and easy going, friendly manner.

We will definitely be using Shavitz for all of our HVAC needs!
