I tried making a reservation via Expedia for a hotel, plane and car rental. The car rental part was not working out every time we were trying to confirm the reservation. An error would should up. We started all over again and just did a plane and hotel and the reservation went trough. After that Advantage car charged us for two car rental confirmations and later realized that they were wrong so they refunded them 3 days later. However, they took $50 off each reservation for a Cancelation fee. So now i had to spend over 3 hours total on the phone with Expedia Advantage car trying to explain how that money did not belong to them and they needed to return it. Scam company. If you dont like my review, then contact me and make it worth my while. otherwise, be stuck with a 1 star because you wasted 3 hours of my time trying to keep money that does not belong to you. I never even got a confirmation with the reservations they said went trough. if that was the case i would have ended up with 3 hotels and 6 plane tickets if that was the case. SCAM company! Dont trust them with your card info.
