Service Advisor Henry was outstanding. Work completed in reasonable time at reasonable price. Knocked off a star on the pickup. Picked up after service hours, about 6:30. Thought the place was closed. Showroom dim. Some bean counter foolish idea of saving a few bucks on electricity. Dumb. Made for a creepy setting. Felt like I walked into a Shark nest, all the salespeople approaching me and sizing me up. Lousy amenities for customers waiting. Stale cheap coffee, no snacks. The receptionist who handled my closeout paperwork seemed to be the only 'safe and sane' person in the building. Nice folks generally, but their stress is obvious
