I even contacted the manager who simply told me to contact the employee as he doesn't deal with minor work orders. I made my payments on-time every single time. I'm sure my neighbors have also suffered from Heritage and that's why my property has gone with another management company. Thank God!

As soon as I mentioned to pursue legal options to recoup my money and fix my balcony, I get a response. Wow! Please do us a favor and shut your doors Heritage. Heritage has one of the worst ethical practices.
