Every time I ve been in the service department has been courteous and good on getting my vehicle tended to. However, twice now I ve asked for parts to be ordered, one warranty default and a recall, and neither time have they come through. Recently I had my vehicle in twice related to the recall issue but that didn t get me bumped up for priority for parts, but even worse they didn t even mention the recall being the root of the problem, but blamed the problems on glitches . I waited for over three months for the recall parts from West Hills. Then after the second time to West Hills the recall parts completely broke while in Sequim. At Wilder in Port Angeles within 30 seconds of explaining the problems I had they knew exactly what it was and said it would be a couple of weeks due to waiting on parts. Two days later they had it fixed and provided me with a loaner. I still have yet to get a response from Mark the service manager regarding my rental vehicle. At this point I would rather drive to PA for service than deal with West Hills any more.
