Why should I give it 5 stars, if I'm gonna express disappointment? I'm disappointed by the new name. The service was awesome. Important mentions to Tehmikhah (I really hope I spelled that correctly), Julia, Anna, and Irina. Also my masseuse, Antoine (or Antonio. I can't believe I forgot his name too). Everyone was great, and nobody made too much fun of me and my painted toenails. What I like the best about my visit is a technique I work on in my job. There were two occasions when I wasn't sure where to go, and the first person I connected eyes with asked me if I required help, and directed me appropriately. Perfect customer service, Dynamite massage, wonderful mani-pedi, delicious lunch. Great time, all 'round. I gave Julia a suggestion that I hope I see the next time I visit.
