Good, regular communication with parents. Staff was always available to talk or answer questions, both via email and phone. Helped pursue reimbursement from health insurance. Child survived the hardships, met them as personal challenges, complained about the food, but had multiple epiphanies, insights, and breakthroughs with the help of an excellent, sensitive, well-trained wilderness and therapeutic staff.
