I usually dread the whole car buying experience but Trend Motors and Mike Bruno the sales person changed that. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was friendly and knowledgeable. Mike worked really hard to get me the price and - more importantly - the color combination I wanted for the Passat. He spent lots of time going over all the features of the car and has followed up several times by email to let me know he is available for questions, etc.
I would recommend Trend unconditionally and especially Mike Bruno - ask for him when you stop in!
