My Account manager, Amelia, is quick to respond when I need assistance, gets the job done quickly and follows up with me on open issues until they are complete. She always has an answer to my questions. Sometimes I need a last minute change to my current escalation list/process and the support team gets it done in a very timely fashion. They give me peace of mind knowing that my after hours calls will be answered and escalated appropriately when necessary!
