I'm a volenteer at Afest and the staff here are as accommodating as always! I do want to say though that when using the men's restroom, I was verbally attacked by someone cleaning the bathroom due to the fact that I am a transman. He claimed to be from a contract company, though he refused to name which one. A man claiming to work for CBS News stepped in to protect me. The employee was reporting to his officials that I was yelling at him and throwing profanities, but all I was doing was quietly asking to get into a stall as he was screaming me to get out of the restroom. I only marked four stars since, like I said, he claimed to be a contract employee so it's a different company, but it's probably best y'all switch to a different company to clean or tell them to try and straighten this out.
