UrbandBound was the relocation handler for my recent job change. I got an introductory e-mail followed by a phone call. All my questions associated with the relocation were answered (moving household belongings through U-Haul, storage duration/fees, temporary travel to scout rentals with my wife, use of short-term housing, existing lease break fee reimbursement, etc).
In addition, my relocation specialist was available for follow-up phone calls, and was very responsive with e-mail queries.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with UrbanBound again in the future.
