Broken iPads shouldn't stop you from seating clients properly.

I walked in with a group of 5 for the patio and was told to wait since the hostess was calling down the list to find another table. Another group comes in and chats with another hostess asking for a table for outside. They bypass the line and were sat immediately... All of this while my group is standing right infront of the hostess table... When I brought it up I was given an excuse as to why they were sat before us. (the reasoning didn't make any sense btw, and I'm sure you don't need an iPad to manage a list and sit ppl). So I added my name on the list and was told that they couldn't guess how long the wait was... So we opted to just go across to Taylor's landing instead...

So here's the kicker... The patio had 4 tables open! So naturally I get a call shortly after sitting at Taylor's landing saying our table is ready...

Wish I could post a review about the food or ambiance but unfortunately (or fortunately) the poor service at the hostess table made sure that didn't happen...
