I've known about BBTS for years now and continue to buy from them due to the outstanding customer service they provide and the scope of products they offer. Packaging for items shipped to your home is among the best I have ever seen. Products are packed neatly and in enough bubblewrap to ensure there is no damage whatsoever when they arrive to your home.

There have been one or two instances over the years where the Quality Control of a product I've received is unacceptable. This is in no way BBTS' fault since Quality Control falls on the manufacturer, but they will work quickly with you to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
