I had a flat tire at 2 in the morning. I called AAA talked to someone about a tow truck, they said they would send me a text for an estimated time, I waited then called back. A different person answered the call and told me they already have my information, again I'll get a email. I waited again, and I was afraid a woman alone. They NEVER CAME. !!!!!!!. I called the next day was lied to, I called 2 days later was lied to again. I called today 2/23/19, customer service talked to me like I was NOBODY and I was getting on their nerves. I called my bank which is who I have AAA through, they called me back. I am calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HOPE I CAN GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY. DON'T GET THIS COMPANY. BAD EVERYTHING.
