I was able to change the policy solely and exclusively thanks to my account manager, being a client understood to be St. Paul, the only one who deserves the 5 stars and she who has been beaten for me ...
The disappointing customer service, I called 3 times to confirm the documents and 3 times I received different instructions (at least agree!).
