You d think a store in competition with Amazon would try to stress positive customer service as an important part of their business, however, after a rather unpleasant interaction with an employee has prompted me to generate this review. I don t need to be yelled at and embarrassed while trying to give them my money, so from now on I ll do my costume shopping online.
