I've stayed at this hotel on a few occasions since I travel for business. Every time I've stayed, I've encountered some form of cleanliness issue in my rooms. Once it was urine stained sheets! But mostly it's just overall dirty and smelly and the bathrooms always have black hairs on the walls & floors. I'm blonde...so I know they aren't mine. I will not stay in this hotel again. I'm a Diamond member so I speak with a lot of experience. How disappointing for this chain.
