I expected a lot from this place. I rented a business room which should've came with premium internet and a free drink. The internet did not work (which isn't Hilton's fault. It was moreso my Nintendo Switch that rebelled against me.)

I like the floor to ceiling windows which gave a partial view to the airporr runway, and the reclining chair was very comfortable to the point where I almost fell asleep in it. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The room, however, doesn't have much for decor which is what I've grown to expect from Hilton hotels since converting from a formerly dedicated Wyndham customer. I'm not sure if it's the age of the hotel itself (which doesn't show due to excellent maintenance), but the overall hotel and the room I stayed in was very bland.

I will say it is super convenient for tourists flying into O'Hare airport, because it is inside the airport. You also have the CTA Blue Line inside the same airport, which is about 2-5 minute walk from the Hilton (all indoors via walkway). The Blue Line gets you downtown in 20 minutes barring delays. With a well-planned itinerary, tourists will be sure to never get lost. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food or drinks since you're staying at the airport, however. But at least the hotel itself is inexpensive compared to the hotels downtown (yikes).

Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable stay, but my business class room felt like a standard room, which prevented the 5 star rating, but I definitely recommend it for tourists and layovers.
