Awful experience. We had prebooked but no tables were available despite arriving 10 mins early. Breakfast was a limited menu (due to a delivery problem). Most hot food was barely warm and tables were left uncleared for up to 30 mins, despite people queing up waiting. There were lots of tables available in the bar area, the conservatory and upstairs vut the waitress was told that these were not allowed to be used (very strange!). Floor was littered with a mixture of beakfast food and last nights offerings too.
We stayed at the premier inn next door which was lovely and would stay here again, we will definately go somewhere else for breakfast.
