The service department at MB of NWA is amazing. Jeremy took the time to answer ALL of my questions and also helped me make a decision on buying a Mercedes Sprinter Van over the Ford Transit. He put all my concerns about owning a diesel engine (which I am not familiar with) to rest and said that MB of NWA would help me maintain and service my Sprinter in every way to possibly reach 500K plus miles! He informed me on all the proper ways to care for and maintain this vehicle to reach optimum performance and life of vehicle. Unfortunately MB of Little Rock is HORRIBLE in EVERY way.
