Can't say enough nice things about this place. We had a wonderful time. Cabins were spacious, warm, and rustic but plenty of modern conveniences. Plenty of trails to hike (our dog loved them), and a few quaint little towns are close by (20 min drive). (Note: There is no TV and very little signal for internet in the cabins. You won't care. We didn't come here to watch TV but to unplug and relax). Muffins/OJ brought to our cabin each morning were a nice surprise (you can also order breakfast to your cabin). The restaurant is amazing. We were there 3 nights and had lunch and dinner two days. Service, food, drinks were outstanding. I will say that we did get snow/ice during our stay. The morning of our departure, the road out was quite slick, but Mike put down gravel all the way to the main road. Our little Honda Fit did just fine. Anymore snow though and I think a four wheel drive car (with some weight on all tires) would be a very good idea. We can't wait to come back!
