Bremer went out of their way to get me a particular piece of jewelry in time for our 30th wedding anniversary. During the selection process they offered to switch pieces should the special order not match our expectations. Also... The physical difference between what I received and what a discount jeweler had offered was huge. It was easy to see the reasons for the price difference.
