These guys are clowns. I moved to DC in Aug of 2014. I had a gym membership at Club Fitness in Arnold, MO. I closed the membership ($10 a month) and went on my merry way. In April 2016, I get a call from Consumer Collection Management demanding I pay them $180 for my debt that had went to collections from Club Fitness. I explained that account had been closed prior to my leaving MO and the "lady" on the other end of the line told me that it didn't matter if I closed my account at my gym location. She said I signed a contract saying that I could only terminate my plan by going on-line through some other process. I asked for her to provide a copy of said contract to which she went into some harsh routine asking me if I was some kind of lawyer. She got increasingly hostile and was very immature.

Totally lacking in class and professionalism. They clearly employ the dregs of society.
