Overall experience from my initial meeting with the salesman Dustin Forrester who clearly explained the products offered & the installation process, to subsequently meeting the two installation techs, was very good. I also loved the fact that you get a text message on the day of your job, informing you of who will be coming to do the work. This message is accompanied by a photo, so you know who to expect at your front door. Upon arrival, both Daniel Gazaway and Tevin Bridges were professional and friendly, they also worked diligently throughout the day to get the job completed within a reasonable timeframe. Work areas both inside and outside of my home were cleaned up nicely and I'm extremely happy with the results. Overall experience means I would most definitely recommend Coolray to others. I take referrals seriously, whether it's giving or receiving them, a referral from a coworker is actually one of the main reasons opted to use this company myself. Thanks very much to everyone involved with my job!!!
