I would like to thank the guys at Capital Dodge, more specifically Mark and Donald. I come from a customer service background so I naturally have high expectations on how customers should be treated and these two did not disappoint! I had an emergency situation with a work truck and a crazy tight deadline to make. I called first thing in the morning, they were able to squeeze me in and fix the problem, in and out with 2 hours, and back on the road. They were polite and did everything they could to get me going, I believe this even meant taking a part off a lot truck ! Anything to make the customers happy ..... These guys have it figured out, Capital Dodge is lucky to have people like this. I will only be going to see them in the future for service. Keep up the great work guys.
