Very disappointed with this training provider. I told them my daughter was a complete novice prior to them accepting her 'all smiles'. I haveJust picked her up in tears following her second CBT that Branson's advertise as a 1 day training course, yet seem to run as a 'short as possible' assessment.

Both times her day was ended before lunch time. (This is despite following Dens advice, and changing her from a manual to an auto bike for the retake in order to 'as good as garentee a pass next time').

It is unfair that the advertised 'days course' (that il admit does require a '2hour road ride') has now, on two occasions, ended before lunch time, and just proves all they want to do is pass the fastest and fail anybody who requires actual 'training'.

Throughout both occasions my daughter was with other candidates and received NO 1 to 1 tuition.

On her 2nd day She claims she was subject to a comment about the instructor's 8 yr old being able to do better than her (this was the guaranteed retake- on the auto!).

I question if this experience should be in fact be a matter for trading standards to investigate. A CBT is 'compulsary basic TRAINING' right?.

Now found another local provider very nearby who advertise 'one fee despite how many days the training might take'. They claim to provide 1 on 1 tuition throughout, have cheaper fee's, brand new bikes, and have confirmed upon visiting them, that they would NOT end a days training before 4pm.

Seems you dont ALLWAYS 'get what you pay for'!!!!.
