I had to send my new 2016 Civic 3 times before my issue was finally fixed. The first time, the issue was completely misdiagnosed as tire noise. I was referred to go to Firestone to get my tires replaced even though that wasn't the problem. I went back a second time and had the manager Tom inspect my car again and he immediately knew it wasn't a tire issue. It wound up being a bad wheel bearing which was fixed during my 3rd visit.

All in all, I wasted time, gas, and mileage for an issue that should have been fixed the first time around. Using extra miles to make unneeded trips to the dealership is a big deal for me because this car is a lease with a yearly mileage limit.

The only reason I would return to this dealer for service is because of my warranty.
