AEON MALL Tokushima. There is a branch of Ippudo inside. It is a branch of the famous Hakata main store Ippudo ramen shop. "Tonkotsu ramen" is the usual Shiramaru ramen in Ippudo, but the soup is a little thicker. Naturally, the taste is not inferior and it is delicious enough. Replacement balls can be made for 100 yen per ball, there is no half ball. You can order replacement balls together with the first ramen order, or you can order only replacement balls later. There is an ordering space for replacement balls (in front of my brother who cooks noodles), so you can order quickly without waiting in line. He asked me what to do with the hardness of the noodles at the time of replacement, but he didn't ask me when I first ordered ramen. Also, Ippudo does not have tea or bean sprouts on the counter or table. After all, there is a big gap when you imagine the original Ippudo, but I am very happy if you think that there is one more branch of Ippudo that was only in Matsuyama in Shikoku.
