This place is both the best and the worst of holiday destinations.

Starting off with the good bits - there's loads to do and when Centre Parcs does something well it's usually pretty good. The pool complex is excellent and there are loads of out door activities to get stuck into. The accomodation is also good and WiFi is included throughout the site which is a bonus.

The not so good bits - although check in is very smooth unloading the car is more of a problem. We were in the Fir area and there's absolutely nowhere to park and unload - there were cars abandoned everywhere and most people were forced to park in drainage ditches at the side of the road - this was a real problem as it gets very muddy in wet weather - a 4 X 4 would have been handy. The whole process was very stressful and not what you want on a holiday

If you can't ride a bike for any reason getting round the park could be difficult. There is a complementary land train that runs every 20 mins but it gets oversubscribed at busy times so you might not get on and if you're in a remote area walking probably won't be practical - in short getting around is a real ball ache.

Finally this is a very pricey place - everything seems to be chargeable and you will be charged well. You get what you pay for I suppose but the value for money is debatable IMO - I'm not totally convinced the price tag always matches what you get especially considering the negative points above.
