Helpful and caring staff helped me ease my pet's suffering when her health plummeted. She was returned to me gently wrapped in towels in a small box. It felt more personal than a sanitary bag. And frankly, they only charge $5 for the basic service. It was a sad day, but I'll take all my pets there for any medical needs from now on.
