Food quality was terrific and I love the decor but...

Food quality was terrific and I love the decor but the rest missed the mark. We called over an hour before we were going to pick up. The man who answered the phone was very short with me, telling me how busy they were and we couldn t order for the time we wanted; we would have to come 1/2 hour later. When we arrived for our pickup we were told that it would be another 10 min. He gave me an obligatory I m sorry and charged me for the order. 25 minutes later my order came out of the kitchen. He handed me the bag and that was it.
Keep in mind the food was delicious and for that I am excited to try some more of their dishes. I would just prefer a better customer experience.
