I received a letter with a halve hearted apology and a offer of a cheque as a refund and although people my think I'm being petty, but I live 6 miles from my.bank, and to be honest why should be out of pocket on parking to take a cheque in.
And for such a big company, who can take payment by card whilst your there but they CANNOT do a refund over the phone. Funny that because everywhere I've worked or even had a refund you can do it on any PDQ machine.
