I am coming from a local perspective, I did not actually stay here: the staff are very welcoming in letting my friends and I walk in and admire the architecture (which is beautiful). I also love taking people to the garden in the back, and nobody ever kicked me out. It has a great view. Once, I was looking for the ravine elevator, and the staff were very kind and helpful in showing me where it was. It's a fun place to stop by and visit when you're wandering around downtown :) Everytime I come by to take a peek, the staff are all so kind <3 I love them
