I'm going to leave an honest review not driven by emotion. This place has the best pastries on Earth downstairs (different part of restaurant, pay there), but the service on food/drink is highly based on YOUR attitude. They act busy and are busy, and the kitchen seems to have some imbalance. This place could seriously use a visit by Gordon Ramsey. With the dysfunctions, the food is either hit or miss. If they have a floor manager, he/she should be fired. There IS no management on the floor. But again, if you are a gem to your server, he/she is a gem to you. And yes, you hear about some of the problems going on there from him/her. Gordon Ramsey, Help!!!
