If I could give this rating a zero stars I surely would. I have had nothing but trouble with Culligan since we contracted with them. When trying to resolve issues I have been given the run around. In one instance I asked for the manager of the branch and they refused to get me to him/her saying that they were busy. TOO BUSY TO DEAL WITH AN IRRATE PAYING CUSTOMER? So I cancelled. I couldn't find another business that delivers water in my area so I was forced to go back to them because my clients depend on my business having water. After going back, the problems continued further. I stopped getting paper or electronic invoices so they charged me late fees that I later refused to pay as I was not being alerted of charges. When I called to ask I was sent to voicemail, left a voicemail and never got a call back. Today another incident occurred where the manager of my business was there to receive the water deliver (mind you my business has a strange schedule and we have alerted Culligan to many times to even count) and they were late and we were closed but my manager stayed late to get the water. She said that they showed up and drove away. So I called to get them to come back to deliver the water later today when we are open again because we need the water for an event we are having tomorrow and we were completely out. The lady on the phone told me that they only had to come back right then which my studio manager had another job to get to and I had a meeting that I then had to cancel to make it back there since they couldn't come back later... I am incredibly disappointed with literally their entire team. The delivery person, the customer service team, their management team... all of it. TERRIBLE SERVIE and the worst part is I am forced to use them because no other company delivers to my area. I will be reaching out to the BBB to escalate this issue. I never thought that I would ever do this to any type of business being a business owner myself but I have been pushed to my breaking point. I hope this review is enough to keep what I have experienced from happening to anyone else.
