Phoned Customer Service today and had a truly disappointing experience. I received a bonus image for my order but the background selected was horrible. The agent emphasised that *once I returned the original* they would send out a replacement. Fair enough, but her tone was shockingly condescending. The emphasis on me returning the original image was unnecessary. She couldn't even be bothered to give me the return address. But the real breakdown in service came when I asked about recieving a confirmation from Edge of my return or an email when the new one is sent out. She laughed out loud and said "We're too big and too busy for that!" Wow, a little empathy for my concerns? Never thought about not having school photos before, but now I'm thinking; "why do we do this?" I've got more than enough photos of my kids.
