Heard loud bands during the night twice. I thought they were gun shots. At least three calls to the front desk had busy signals. Never got to reach them. Last time I heard it, I realize it was fireworks. Still the front desk should answer. Ice machine on a different floor as well. I also don't like paying for parking and guests have to pay too. Otherwise it's ok. I do like their beds and pillows.
