The buying process was great, I never felt pressured. I met with Chuck when I first arrived and he was great right away. He listened to what I was looking for and asked questions that helped me chose the best truck for me. I had some issues when it came to the service side of things I was annoyed with. After writing the initial review the manager came out to speak with me while was waiting for my truck and asked what had happened and how he could help makes things better. Having someone ask what happened and help resolve the issues made a big difference.
