Elizabeth Montgomery Review of Morgan Pavement
Amen to Annie Laughlin!
Amen to Annie Laughlin!
I called about the same tree branch she talked about directly after their service, and they said they would take care of it. Then, two days later, they still hadn't so I called them again.
They tried to say it was the weather that knocked down the branch. I tried to explain that it was a very big branch, that was in the road, that was torn in the direction of traffic, that was also covered in fresh tar, and she said the crew said it was the wind. The branch hadn't been down before they came, but it was afterward. It wasn't the weather. And it's a big enough branch that our tree will probably die now.
Either way, by the end of our phone call, she said she would bug the crew again about it, and see if they would get the branch, and then let me know. The next day the branch was still there... (See Annie Laughlin's post for the resolution to this story.)
Side note. They also didn't notify our residents before doing their work. They were in an uproar on our HOA facebook page. I don't park on that road, so it didn't effect me directly. But many got towed without warning.
I work with professionals a lot, and I am used to working with people who own up to their mistakes, so this was a very disappointing experience for me. I will do my best not to work with them again.
