Having employed garden maintenance companies for approaching thirty years I can honestly say that this company's work is of truly appalling standard, to the point of being insulting. A stretch of ivy covered wall that required only simple trimming was butchered (for absolutely no apparent reason) at the one end, then left hanging off at the other; a perfectly pleasant old privet bush was nigh on hacked in half. These to name but two more recent examples. Even down to the inability of employees to use a strimmer the correct way up when edging lawns. Photos as proof available should the company wish to challenge.
