My husband and I chose Brown Haven in Hiawassee after visiting or touring other homesites under construction and meeting with other builders in the area. We told Subrina what we wanted and she worked with us to create the floor plan that best worked for us. We went to the showroom in Ellijay to select the colors and fixtures for our home from a wide variety of materials and finishes. All of the office personnel were committed to a timeline and we were given a booklet containing information we could utilize throughout the entire process. The road and site clearing began the last of January and we are very close to a move in date. Steve, our project manager, has been responsive and personable and we could not have asked for a better person to oversee the process. The organizational, communication, and business skills of all we interacted with was impressive. We highly recommend Brown Haven Homes to anyone who wishes to build in North Georgia or Western North Carolina.
