Perhaps the oldest of Hilton hotels! The hotel definitely needs maintenance. In particular, germ slot carpetflexes must be removed from the rooms and replaced by an alternative material.
The main issue today is the service I received regarding my orders by calling the room service.
I wanted a salad with goat cheese, a salad with halloumi, I ordered a beef tenderloin, a tasteless meat camouflaged with sauce was served. I said plain soda, no bottle cap opener came with it (which doesn't matter much)
Why is this happening ???
No goat cheese?
Is it that difficult to present the tenderloin "without sauce"?
The reason is because we don't like our job.
If you don't have goat cheese, call me and tell me, no, I can't stand it, if you say I can't offer steak without sauce as a chef, either write beef steak with a sauce on the menu, or bring the writer!
Don't put people in suckers. Do not provide such poor quality service for 93 TL in a cheap place like Mersin. Don't I go to dozens of liver restaurants outside and know that great kebab food?
So there is a reason that I do not leave your hotel.

I stay in many Hilton Hotels and subsidiary hotels (garden inn etc.) in the world. I live in negativity in Turkey, I do not live in others.
