I loved the place but ... the service people woke ...

I loved the place but ... the service people woke me 2 times why they happened to check the room, they opened and they entered! With City Awards you are supposed to check out until 3pm and right at 1pm they were already knocking on my door to run me I practically had to get out of the shower to tend to the person ... really bad experience!
