This whole system has been screwed up since the 80's - I worked on some of the planning mapping for the then CDOW . Do you know it costs more money to go from the north "portal" on I-25 to the south "portal" on I-25 than it does to take the turnpikes fro Chicago to Pittsburgh?
And that when "T-REX" was underway, the TV news teams found E-470 to be no quicker than I-25 unless there was a long stoppage. Hmmmmm. Screwed again. First DIA, then E-470. Wonder what's next?
