Promised preorders would be shipped out expedited....

Promised preorders would be shipped out expedited. When release day came, they used UPS Ground and then claimed it only took a couple days, so they consider it to be "expedited." If that's the case, then how would it have been shipped had I chosen ground or slow shipping? Expedited means something to every carrier, and it's not a number of days, but the service level offered. UPS doesn't offer a lower service than ground, so I consider this a very cheap, sleazy way of saving a few dollars on shipping. I'll be placing my preorders elsewhere, where expedited actually means something.
