I m a Piano Technican and recently was working with a college on replacing an upright for a classroom. After entertaining several bids, the college selected a Kawai ST-1 from Summerhays. We worked directly with Roger Wilson and could not be more pleased with the deal we were able to workout. Michaels fast and efficient delivery was much appreciated. Since we did not go to the store, he delivered excellent customer service exceeding my clients expectations. My client is thrilled, and I get to work on a fantastic Kawai piano.
